Steps

Heat ghee in a pan

Add wheat flour

Continuously stir wheat flour for 7-8 minutes in slow flame till its cooked.

Make sure there are no lumps formed

Add jaggery and chopped almonds. again stir till the jaggery is mixed well

Grease a plate with ghee.

Put the mixture into the greased plate.

Spread the mixture on plate with the help of a bowl.
rest the plate for about 10 minutes or till the mixture is cool. - 9
Cut in to small pieces. Sukhdi is ready to serve
