Add suji, dahi and water, mix properly, rest at least 15 min

Now add salt and baking soda

In a kadai, add oil, when get heated, add curry leaves, rai when rai get cracks, add onion, cook 2 to 3 min, add salt, haldi, Sambhar powder, cook for 2min, add boiled potato, mix well cook. Your stuffing is ready.

In a non-stick pan, spread a laddlee full of batter and spread smoothly on low heat, when cook add little oil at tha corner, cook till golden in colour.

Serve this crispy instant dosa with aloo masala and sauce
