Lasooni Palak Paneer

First of all, heat the water in a pan and when the water starts boiling add spinach.

When the spinach boils, take it out of hot water and put it in cold water and then squeeze it out.

Now grind it in the grinder.

Now heat the ghee in a pan and add cumin and onion and fry it.

Now add garlic and green chillies and fry them.

Now add gram flour and fry till it smells.

Now add tomatoes and mix and let it cook till the oil is left out.

Now add turmeric coriander powder and red chilli powder.

Now add garam masala powder and salt and mix with spinach paste.

Now add water as per need and cook it after covering for a while.

When the vegetable is cooked then add the paneer and mix.

#For Tadka:

Now to make tadka, heat ghee in a tadka pan and add cumin and red chili.

Now add garlic, fry and add sesame seeds and turn off the flame.

Now take out the vegetables in a bowl and add them to the top.

Now serve the hot Lasuni Palak Paneer with roti parantha or rice.
