1medium sized onion
100 gmTamarind
2-3red chilli
to tasteSalt
1 teaspoonrai
1 teaspoonmethi seeds
1 tablespoonmustard oil
2 teaspoonred chilli powder
1 teaspoonhing

Take kadai put oil rai methi seeds

Add red chilli, onion and saute add chopped tomatoes and cover for 5 minutes

Add tamarind and all spices and mix well cover it for 5-10 minutes let it cook

Tamarind and tomato chutney ready
