Salt to taste
Ghee 2 TBS and dor frying
Water as required

Make a dough with flour salt and ghee and keep for 15 min

Make a ball roll a round chapati apply ghee generously then fold 1 side then keep other side on it same as four sides

Now it's make a square roll it again in square shape fry it and enjoy
