Ingredients

  1. For Stuffing
  2. 1/2 kgParwal
  3. 1Onion big half sliced n half blended
  4. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 cupCoconut
  6. As neededSalt haldi,red chilli powder
  7. For white gravy
  8. 1/2 cupCoconut blended
  9. 2 tspposto
  10. 1 tsp Jeera
  11. 5Green chilli slits-
  12. 1 tspCharmagas
  13. 2tspMilk cream
  14. 1tspGinger garlic paste
  15. as per tasteHoney And salt
  16. Chaunk
  17. 1/2tspJeera and Rai
  18. 1/2tsp kasoori methi
  19. 1 Pounded black cardamom,
  20. 1 small cinnamon,
  21. 1 elaichi,
  22. 2 cloves
  23. 4Black pepper

    First start with parwal,cut bit it's tip n give a cut...remove the seeds n put it in a blender

  2. 2

    Now prepare the stuff,blend onion half,coconut...keep it asude

  3. 3

    Place a kadai add oil,add the half sliced n chopped onion n Ginger garlic paste,n coconut n onion paste...fry them add salt,haldi n red chilli powder.
    Now allow it rest n later on stuff it

    In a separate vessel prepare gravy

    Put oil n add jeera n Rai, kasoori methi,prepare the blend of coconut,charmagas, posto,ginger,garlic paste...make it fine paste...add to the gravy pan...on a slow medium flame...
    Then put pounded masala,after it's done....do it on medium flame so that it's color does not change...white color is maintained....add salt since we did it for Stuffing,not white gravy,
    When white paste...is done...add cream...now just allow gravy for 2mins to adjust with gravy,don't over do.ir,since it will leave

    Ghee...now plate it...put the stuffed parwal n put white gravy on to it.,garnish with slit green chillies..top it with honey...
