Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsSliced pork belly
  2. 10Eggs
  3. 100 ml●Sake
  4. 200 ml●Water
  5. 2 tbsp●Sugar
  6. 5 tbsp●Mirin
  7. 3 tbsp●Soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Make hard-boiled eggs.

    Wrap in the pork slices.

  3. 3

    Put the ingredients marked ● in a pot. Add the pork-wrapped eggs. Cover with an otoshibuta drop lid, or parchment paper directly on top and simmer for 10~15 minutes. When half of the sauce has boiled down, it's done!
