Wash n remove peels of ridge guard n raw mango

Grate ridge guard and raw mango

Grind chilli and coriander into paste

Take a pan. Add oil, mustard seeds, jeera, hing and curry leaves. Let it crackle

Add grated ridge guard and raw mango

Add groundnut powder

Add salt, sugar and cumin powder.

Cover it for 5-7 min on low flame

And it's ready to it
