I love capers and this is like a garlicky version of them.

Ingredients

10 min, 1 werk waiting
2 prople
  1. 150 mLvinegar (white wine, distilled malt)
  2. 1 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1 tbsp.honey
  4. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  5. 0.5 teaspoonpepper corns
  6. handfulchive buds washed

Cooking Instructions

10 min, 1 werk waiting
  1. 1

    Add vinegar and all the herbs to a pot and bring it to boil

  2. 2

    Wash chive buds and dry them

  3. 3

    Add chive buds to a jar and top the liquid on it (hot) close it

  4. 4

    Shake it daily over the next week

  5. 5

    Ready to eat;)
