Take a deep sauce pan add in ghee, add in chopped onion, green chillies chopped, chopped ginger, saute it for two minutes..

Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, saute it add in chopped tomatoes,chopped spinach &salt,cover the lid simmer the flame cook until tomatoes and spinach becomes mushy, add in cooked dal to it add water adjust the consistency, stir well get a boil,now for the tempering,take ghee in tadka, pan add in mustard seeds,cumin seeds,let it splutter, then add hing, red chillies and curry leaves, saute it add to the dal and your delicious dal palak is done...!!
