Roast the cashews

Grind in a grinder jar.

Cashew powder will be slightly grainy but not fine like powder.

Mix sugar and water well in a Vessel and make syrup of 1 thread.

Add Cashew powder in sugar syrup. Keep the flame low.Stir the mixture continuously and cook until the mixture starts to gather in the vessel

Add ghee and mix.
Turn the gas off.

When the mixture cools down, put it on a clean plastic sheet it with a rolling pin, roll it thick layer.
Now cut in any shape.

Cashew Katli is ready.
