Wash the chops and make yakhni by adding salt,garam masala, ginger garlic, onion,badyan funnel and coriander seeds

When ykhni done separate chops and yakhni

Cut the onions into the slices then fry them by add ingredients of bhagar

When the onions is golden brown add ginger garlic paste and chopsthen bhunify well

Then add yakhni according to rice and salt

Let it cook till rice done keep on simmer for 10 mints

Served with raita and shami kbab
