Ingredients

  1. 500 GramsMince meat
  2. 1Onion sliced
  3. 1 teaspoonGinger garlic Paste
  4. 1Tomato chopped
  5. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  6. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  7. 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 3,4 TablespoonOil
  10. 2, Green Chillies
  11. 1 TablespoonCilantro

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the oil add onion,

    Add mincemeat and all ingredients add some water if needed.

    Cover with lid and let it simmer until tender and cooked well.
    Uncover the pan, keep stirring,until oil comes on top then add cilantro and remove from the heat.

    Serve it with naan or roti.
