Steps

Clean the mushrooms with wheat flour to remove dust and germs.Remove it's stem n chop these for filling.

Now heat butter in a tempering pan and roast the chopped stem of the mushrooms to get rid of its raw smell for few seconds.

Take a bowl transfer roasted mushrooms into it add chopped onion,half cheese and all other ingredients.

Lastly add walnuts to give a twist and combine well.Now fill this stuffing into the mushrooms gently.

Heat a flat pan sprinkle oil and put all the mushrooms over it also put small pieces of cheese on the top of the stuffing.

Cook or roast them on low flame while covering.Check inbetween then off the flame.Serve as snaks with evening tea or coffee.Really very tasty.We can also bake this.
