Steps

Roast Rajgira flour in a pan from low to medium flame.

Take it out in a bowl.

In the same pan, roast walnuts. Keep it aside for cooling.

Now grind the walnuts till it releases its oil.

Put the powdered walnuts in a bowl.
- 6
Now grind the dates.
- 7
Mix the powdered walnuts, dates, roasted Rajgira flour, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder nicely.

Add 1-2 tsp of honey for binding.
- 9
Make ladoos from this mixture.
