Grate the carrots and cook them in full cream milk until tender.

When the milk get evaporated, add sugar and bhoonify until the sugar gets cooked and mixed well.

Making sure by leaving no sugar water at this stage, warm up ghee in a separate pan and add the cardamoms and give tarka to gajars and bhonofy just a little until ready or what we call it *ghee ajaye Corner se*. In the end, add khoya, mix and switch of the flame.

Garnish with fried pistachios, cashews and almonds and khoya
