Firstly boil the rice and add also food color when rice boiled nicely put it a side

In another pot heat the ghee and cardamom and sugar and 1/4 cup of water and cook nicely (sheera)

Now add colored rice into sheera and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes and then for 5 minutes on low flame and garnish with almond and coconut

You can serve with cream or biryani as your wish

Note: you can adjust sugar as your taste
