Take a bowl, add eggs and sugar, beat until fluffy(aprox:5 mint:).

Add vanilla essence, baking powder and oil. Beat for 2 minutes.

Add suji and maida, fold gently with the help of spetula, mix well.

Grease the baking dish(Pyrex dish), pour prepared batter, set and put into pre heated oven. (170°..for 30 to 35 minutes.

For milk, mixture add cream, sugar and half quantity of milk, in a jug, whisk well and add remaining milk and whisk. Put in the fridge, until use.

Take out cake from oven, with the help of skewers, poke holes, on top of the cake.Now pour milk mixture slowly on it. Filling holes. Let it cool.

Take a frying pan, put on a very low flame, add butter and sugar. Cook and stir in between, until caramelized.

Add cream and cook till it thickens. Spread caramel mixture on top of the cake and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Serve cold. Garnish, with cream or what ever you like.
