  1. 380 grams【Gound meat】
  2. 1 1/2~ 2 1/2 teaspoons Grated ginger
  3. 1 1/2~ 2 1/2 teaspoons Grated garlic
  4. 2 tbspSugar
  5. 2 tbspMirin
  6. 3 tbspSoy sauce
  7. 3【Eggs】
  8. 2 tbspMayonnaise
  9. 1 tbspSugar
  10. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  11. 1【Green beans or spinach】
  12. 1Mentsuyu

Steps

    Boil green beans in salted boiling water. Transfer to a plate, drizzle mentsuyu noodle dipping sauce, and sprinkle white sesame seeds.

    Break the eggs into a bowl, add mayonnaise, sugar, salt and pepper, and mix.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a frying pan, and pour in the egg mixture. Adjust the heat so that it won't get scorched. Stir well, and when it's done, transfer to a plate.

  4. 4

    When you mix the mixture with a whisk, it becomes crumbly and fluffy. When you use chopsticks, you will have larger pieces of scrambled eggs, and they are satisfying.

  5. 5

    Pour oil in the pan, and add garlic and ginger. When fragrant, add ground meat.

  6. 6

    When the colour of the meat changes, add sugar first. Then after 1 minute, add mirin and soy sauce. Simmer over low heat to let the meat absorb the sauce.

  7. 7

    Simmer until there is only a small amount of liquid left. Put rice in a bowl, and pour over the sauce where the meat goes.

  8. 8

    Place the green beans, eggs, and ground meat on top, then it's done.
