First chop vegetables and place aside. Then full boil rice. Strain water and place a side

Now sautee half onion in 2 tbsp oil sauté vegetables in it then add some salt and pepper and rice in it. toss well. place a side.Now take bell peppers,remove their seed to make bowl shape. Now put the rice in it. Then layer with mozzarella cheese

Now sauté remaining half onion in 1 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp oil. add ginger garlic paste along with meat mince. Cook well add salt, black, green and red peppers. add capsicum and peas in it

Layer this cooked mince in rice stuffed capsicum. Top with mozzarella cheese then broil it for 4 to 6 minutes at 180 degree in oven. Ready.
