Ingredients

5 mins
  • 1/2 cupOats flour
  • 1/2 cupRagi flour
  • 1/2 cupBajra flour
  • 1/4 th cupgram flour
  • 2 tbspMilk powder
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1 inchGinger, grated
  • 1/4 cupOnions, chopped
  • 1 tspGarlic paste
  • 1 tspRed chili powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1/4cupChopped Fenugreek leaves
  • as requiredWater to knead dough
  • as requiredGhee to sallow roast

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients in a big bowl mix them well.

    Now, slowly add water and make a semi-moist dough like chapati dough.

    Keep it covered for 5-7mins.

  4. 4

    Now take a small ball size dough and make a chapati like Bajra roti by hand.

  5. 5

    Roast it on tawa and apply ghee on both sides. and roast it until it turns golden brown.

    Serve it with curd or green chutney.
