150 gramsRice flour
5 gramsBaking powder (aluminum-free)
150 gramsSoy milk
15 gramsOlive oil (or canola oil)
50 gramsRaisins

Preheat your oven to 180℃.

Combine the baking powder and rice flour in a bowl.

Add in the soy milk, olive oil, and raisins and mix well.

Coat a mini muffin tray with oil and then divide the dough into the tray.

Bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes and it's done.
