Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 150 gramsRice flour
  2. 5 gramsBaking powder (aluminum-free)
  3. 150 gramsSoy milk
  4. 15 gramsOlive oil (or canola oil)
  5. 50 gramsRaisins

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 180℃.

  2. 2

    Combine the baking powder and rice flour in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Add in the soy milk, olive oil, and raisins and mix well.

  4. 4

    Coat a mini muffin tray with oil and then divide the dough into the tray.

  5. 5

    Bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes and it's done.
