Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbuckwheat
  2. 700 gbeef, boiled
  3. 2medium carrots
  4. 1/2large onion
  5. 200 gmushrooms
  6. 3.5 cupsbeef broth
  7. 1mushroom broth cube
  8. Salt and pepper
  9. Flour (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Cook buckwheat

    In a separate large saucepan fry shredded carrots, onions and mushrooms for 4-5 minutes on medium-high heat

    Add boiled beef (cut into small squares), cook for another 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Add beef broth, mushroom broth cube, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

    If a thicker broth is preferred, can mix in flour until desired consistency.

    Pour mixture onto the buckwheat. Enjoy.
