Teriyaki Pork Green Onion and Shiso Leaf Rolls

I wanted to eat my favorite leeks and shiso leaves together, so I thought of this.
Keep an eye on the heat level, and make sure the sauce doesn't burn. It will turn bitter. Please reduce to low heat before adding in the sauce.
I used teriyaki sauce in the recipe, but you can also use grilled ginger sauce or yakiniku sauce. Recipe by Omonaga bancho

Deep fried meat rolls may be more popular, but I don't like deep fried foods so I just pan-fry them.Add as much mentaiko as you like. Zucchini Pork Teriyaki Rollups Zucchini Pork Teriyaki Rollups
I usually use zucchini just for Ratatouille, and I bought a lot since it was cheap, but I didn't have all the ingredients. I had pork in the fridge, so I rolled the zucchini in it with a Japanese taste. It was really popular.Even my mom, who doesn't like zucchini couldn't stop eating it!The teriyaki sauce is rather light, so I recommend serving with the richer tartar sauce. Homemade tartar sauce is good! For a lighter taste, serve it with grated radish and ponzu sauce! Of course, it's also good with no sauce. For 16 rolls. Recipe by Maa-a cookpad.japan -
