  • 3Chikuwa
  • 30 mlMentsuyu
  • 60 mlWater
  • 1/2 tspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chikuwa into desired sizes.

  2. 2

    In a pot, combine the mentsuyu, water, and sugar and bring to a boil. Add the chikuwa and simmer over low heat. It's done when the liquid completely cooks down.
