Creamy Shrimp and Tomato Pasta

Shrimp, tomatoes, bacon and cream. You can't go wrong with that combination!!

This pasta sauce is so delicious that you'll want to eat it up with bread.
For adults, add red chili peppers when you stir-fry the garlic.
Using bacon lets you fry with bacon oil, which imparts great flavour. Recipe by cookpading

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 8Frozen shrimp
  2. 2Tomatoes
  3. 1 sliceBacon
  4. 1 cloveGarlic
  5. 150 gramsHeavy cream
  6. 2 tbspParmesan cheese
  7. 1 dashWhite wine
  8. 1Consommé cube
  9. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  10. 1(Red chili pepper)
  11. 4(Green beans)
  12. 1/2(Onion)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    While the pasta is boiling, stir-fry the bacon. Add minced garlic and continue stir-frying in the bacon fat until fragrant. Optionally add minced onion.

    Add bite-sized tomatoes to the bacon and garlic mix. Cut the green beans in half and add if you have them. Add the defrosted shrimp.

    Steam the shrimp with white wine. When cooked through, add cheese, consommé, and heavy cream. Simmer until the sauce becomes thick.

    Mix the sauce with the freshly cooked pasta, sprinkle with plenty of coarsely ground salt and pepper, and serve!!!
