  • 1& 1/2 Glass of rice soaked in water
  • 1 tspsalt or per taste
  • 1 cupGreen peas
  • 4 tbspOil
  • Water for boiling rice

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil water with salt and green peas. Then add rice and cook well until long and breakable.

    Strain the water. In the same pot add oil and 1/2 cup water. Then add rice and let it cook on low flame until done. Serve hot and enjoy with any curry.
