In a blender jar add potato, green chilli, spinach, and coriander along with 2 to 3 tbsp of water and grind into smooth paste. Keep it aside.

Now in a mixing bowl add rice flour, Besan, salt, butter, cumin seeds, hing and give it a good mix, then add potato spinach puree, if needed add more water and make a smooth dough.

Use the star shape disc in the chakli press and fill it with dough and prepare small spiral shaped chaklis by pressing. Now take one chakli at time and slide it into hot oil. Flip the chakli and fry on medium flame till they turn crispy from both sides. Drain on an absorbent paper. Once its completely cooled, store it in air tight container.
