Ingredients

10-12 minutes
2 servings
  1. 4-5chapattis, shredded
  2. 1onion, chopped
  3. 2green chilies, chopped
  4. 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
  5. 1/2 cupmixed veggies, finely chopped or frozen veggies
  6. 2 tbsp.oil
  7. 1 tsp.mustard oil
  8. pinchasafoetida
  9. 1 sprigcurry leaves
  10. 1 tsp.urad dal (split Black gram)
  11. 1 tbsp.chana dal (Bengal gram)
  12. 2 tbsp.roasted peanuts
  13. As per taste salt
  14. 1/4 tsp.turmeric powder
  15. 1 tbsp.lime juice
  16. As requiredcoriander leaves to garnish

Steps

10-12 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper with mustard seeds. After it stops spluttering, add the asafoetida, urad dal, chana dal and curry leaves. Sauté for a few seconds.

  2. 2

    Then add the onion, green chilies and ginger and fry till light brown. Now add the mixed veggies and sauté for a minute or two.

  3. 3

    Add the shredded chapattis, salt and turmeric powder and stir fry on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    When done, add the roasted peanuts and the lime juice. Mix well and serve, garnished with coriander leaves.
