Precook butternut in microwave for 8 minutes, then roast at 180 degrees Celsius with Parma ham for 10 minutes

Mix juice of 2 lemons with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, a chopped chilli and a teaspoon of castor sugar
- 3
Cook pasta, add butternut and Parma ham (or salmon) and drizzle with sauce. Mix through and enjoy
