I needed a smaller portion so I developed this recipe!
Steps

Preheat oven to 425°

Cut the strawberries and sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon sugar (more or less depending on your taste)
Then refrigerate until later. - 3
Mix the Bisquick, milk, melted butter and remaining sugar (2¼ teaspoons) together until you have a sticky dough.

Divide dough into 2 and place onto a parchment covered baking sheet.

Bake at 425° for 7-10 min or until tops turn golden brown on the peaks.

Cool 2 min on baking sheet and then split the biscuits, plate, add strawberries (from fridge) and any syrup to each biscuit bottom, add whipped cream if desired and top with the other piece of biscuit.
