Take a bowl. Add wheat flour. Add crushed jaggery,saunf and milk. Mix them well. Make thick batter. If required. Then add water.

Mix well. Heat tawa. Aply little ghee on tawa. Pour batter and give it any shape.after 30 seconds change side and make it golden brown. Sweet pooda is ready.serve it with kheer.
