Cooking Instructions

First soak the rice in coconut milk for 20 minutes.

In a cooker add oil and ghee and then add all spices. Add onion till golden in colour. Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes till mashed.

Add coriander leaves and mint leaves. And then add all masala powder. Add then all vegetables, rice and salt cooked 3 whistle in medium flame.

Vegetable Biryani ready to serve.
