This dish is my 150th post in cookpad. On auspicious day I completed 150 recipes. Feeling very happy.

Take 1 1/2 litre milk in one pan n another 1 litre in another. Once milk boils switch off let it cool for 5min then add lemon and mix. Add lemon in batches. After a while milk will curdle. Meanwhile boil other milk add saffron.. add cardamom powder. Then cover n off the flame. It shouldnt b that thick. Then only rasmalai will soak milk.

After coolng curdled milk. Strain it into a cloth. Squeeze. Keep the whey. Now chena is ready. Put it in mixie n pulse it. It will become soft. Then knead it for 5 to 10min. Make a dough.

Then take small balls and flatten to give a disc shape.

Make a syrup 1cup sugar 2 1/2 cup water. Add all discs into syrup n let them boil for 15min. Let them cool. Then remove each disc and squeeze out water n drop in saffron milk

Repeat process. Finally garnish with almonds.
