"Marinated Mushrooms"by Hokuto Kinoko to make a recipe for a savory pound cake (I reduced oil to the minimum, added more flavors, etc.) and this is the modified recipe.

1) Don't wash the mushrooms before use (they will lose their flavor). 2) Don't soak the mushrooms in water after blanching (they become watery and don't blend well with oil). 3) Cool slowly so that their flavor seeps into the oil. This dish is more delicious if you leave them at room temperature and cool naturally. Recipe by tearstar

Ingredients

  1. 1pack King Oyster Mushrooms
  2. 1pack Maitake mushrooms
  3. 1pack Shimeji mushrooms
  4. 1pac Bunapi mushrooms
  5. 30 grams*Extra virgin olive oil
  6. 1/2 tsp*Salt
  7. 1 tsp*Garlic powder
  8. 1few sprinkles *Dried Basil
  9. 1 dash*Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preparation: 1) Shred the mushrooms into small clumps. 2) Boil water in a pan.

    Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water (about 2 minutes), drain in a sieve and cool.

  3. 3

    Mix the * ingredients well and season the mushrooms. After they have cooled completely, store in the refrigerator.
