Ingredients: 2 cups Milk; 2 tbsp Dahi; 3 tbsp Hot sauce; 1 tsp Garlic powder; 1 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper; 1 1/2 tsp Paprika powder; 1 tsp Red chilli powder; 1/2 kg Chicken fillets; 2 cups Maida; 1/2 cup Corn flour; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Garlic powder; 1 tsp Black pepper powder; 1 tsp Paprika; Ice cold water; Add marinated pieces in maida seasoned mixture; Dip in ice cold water; Again press in maida mixture to form crumbs

Marinate chixken fillets with all the ingredients
2 cupsMaida
1/2 cupCorn flour
1 tspSalt
1 tspGarlic powder
1 tspBlack pepper powder
1 tspPaprika
Ice cold water
Method
Add marinated pieces in maida seasoned mixture
Dip in ice cold water
Again press in maida mixture to form crumbs

Fry in hot oil till crisp.

Now arrange burger bun with mayo,cheese slice, salad leaves,cabbage and ketchup.
