Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupbasmati rice
  • 5 tsp gud/jaggery
  • 2 1/2 cup milk
  • as neededFew kesar strands
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • as neededDry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak basmati rice for 10min.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in pan add soaked basmati rice and fry for a while,then add milk and cook till rice becomes soft.

  3. 3

    Add dry fruits,kesar,cardmom powder and let it cool.

  4. 4

    Now add jagarry and mix it well it's ready to serve.
