This Super Delicious Authentic Thai Red Chicken Curry is very aromatic, sweet and savory. It is absolutely amazing with hot steamed rice. Coconut Milk being the main ingredient, the Thai Cuisine - Red Chilli Paste and Thai Fish Sauce added to its flavor. In place of Curry Powder, I added Chandel Cajun Spice which enhanced the taste of the dish. Cajun Spice contains Paprika, Thyme, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Oregano and Salt.
