  1. 1

    Season on both sides with salt pepper and rosemary. Sear for 3 minutes on each side and serve hot after resting for 2 minutes.

I believe in quick, full of fibre meals. I love vegetables. I cannot cook for one. Rocket is my favourite herb. Beef is the winner but I’ve drastically cut down.Health is wealth (I try)Again, I believe in quick meals.
