Ingredients

8 Cookies
  • 1/4 cuppuffed rice (about 25 grams)
  • 2 1/2 ozdark chocolate (about 70 grams)
  • 2 teaspoonscoconut oil (about 10 grams)
  • 1/3 cuppraline (about 40 grams)

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Add the puffed rice and praline, and mix well to ensure the puffed rice is fully coated with chocolate.

  2. 2

    Shape 8 cookies using a cookie cutter and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
