Unique Hand Rolls Avocado and Chicken with Salsa

I was selected to be a recipe tester for a sushi hand roll project, so I came up with an unusual hand roll recipe. I thought this would be refreshing and tasty.
In Step 1, the longer you soak the chicken, the more tender it will be.
Sprinkle with cheese or top with mayonnaise to taste. Both taste great.
If you prefer spicy salsa sauce, add chili powder to taste. Recipe by John Lee Cooker

Place chicken skin side down in a heated frying pan. Pan fry until crisp, turn it over, reduce heat to low, then cover and cook for about 5 minutes.

Remove the lid, turn up the heat, pan fry both sides, then remove from the pan. When it cools, chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 6
Slice the avocado into 1-cm sticks, then squeeze lemon juice over the top.
- 7
Place the sushi rice, chicken, avocado, and drained salsa sauce on a piece of roasted nori seaweed, sprinkle with cheese or mayonnaise to taste, then roll it up.
- 8
Try it with sautéed chicken seasoned with sweet chilli sauce. See.

My Original Hand Rolls with Crispy Crunchy Tenkasu My Original Hand Rolls with Crispy Crunchy Tenkasu
I was selected to be a recipe tester for a sushi hand roll project, so I wanted to think up an unusual hand roll combination. This is relatively healthy and inexpensive!Make sure to marinate the daikon radish properly to flavor it. You don't have to dip these handrolls in soy sauce, they are delicious as-is! The key is the crispy crunchy tenkasu. For 1 rice cooker cup's worth. Recipe by John Lee Cooker cookpad.japan -

With a Little Effort Korean-Style Sushi Seaweed for Hand Rolls With a Little Effort Korean-Style Sushi Seaweed for Hand Rolls
We always use this method for preparing nori seaweed for hand rolls. This small effort makes the rolls taste so good!In Step 3, there was no way I could take a picture while grilling it for only 2 seconds, so this photo was unsuccessful, and shows a tired piece of seaweed from too much fiddling. When you spread the sauce in Step 2, don't make it too sticky!!It'll become too salty and the seaweed will become mushy.Lightly and thinly is just right.
