  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 1/4 tspasafoetida
  • 1/4 tsp Onion fryum

    1. Boil all the above ingredients altogether for 15 minutes and smashed it 75 % by hand or in mixer jar

    3. For tadka, oil, asafoetida, jeera chopped onion fry and add it to the Dal spinach bowl
