Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats add oil. Once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds. Once it starts crackle add Curry leaves, onion, roast in low flame, add salt, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste. Roast it until onions become brown.

Mash the boiled potatoes. Mix it. Add chilli powder, close it with lid. Keep the stove in low flame. Finally add coriander powder, cumin powder and coriander leaves. Mix it well. Aloo curry is ready

Take betel leaves. Apply Aloo curry on the top. Fold it. Dip it in Besan batter

For besan batter, take besan flour, rice flour, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, cooking soda, ajwain. Mix it with water.

Once the batter ready dip the folded betel leaves with Aloo curry into it. Deep fry in oil and take it into a plate and serve hot.
