Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 400 gramsMixed ground beef and pork
  2. 1/2Onions (finely chopped)
  3. 1/3◎Carrot (finely chopped)
  4. 50 grams◎Celery (finely chopped)
  5. 2 clove◎Garlic (finely chopped)
  6. 3 tbspOlive oil
  7. 1Salt and pepper
  8. 100 mlRed wine
  9. 1 can●Canned diced tomatoes
  10. 2 tbsp●Consomme stock granules
  11. 1●Bay leaf
  12. 150 ml●Tomato ketchup
  13. 2 tbsp●Butter
  14. 1/2 tsp●Nutmeg
  15. 3 tbsp◇Parmesan cheese
  16. 1tabalespoon ◇Parsley (finely chopped)
  17. 400 gramsPasta

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion until transparent. Add the ◎ ingredients and stir-fry until tender.

    Add the ground meat, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry. Add the red wine and evaporate the alcohol.

  3. 3

    Add the ● ingredients and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes until the sauce reaches your preferred thickness. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve over cooked pasta.

    Sprinkle on a mixture of the ◇ ingredients to taste. Toss with spaghetti and enjoy.
