Crunchy Almond Salmon Sauté

I like almonds with white fish, so I thought I would try them with salmon.
Don't forget to heat over medium to make the almonds crunchy, but be careful not to burn the salmon. Recipe by JessieMom

Salt the salmon. Place the salmon In a plastic bag, then add the flour. Lightly coat.

Dredge the salmon in the beaten egg, then cover with sliced almonds.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is heated, add the salmon and fry for 3 minutes.

Flip over and heat for another minute. Reduce the heat to low and heat for 3 minutes until cooked though.
