Steps

Peel karela & keep the peel in a strainer add 1/2 teaspoon Salt. After 1/2 hour wash it proper & squeezed its.

In a pan add oil (mustard) & roast dry chilli jeera hing feenel & sarso till cracked. Now add peel in it & stir fry till colour change.

Now add roughly chopped ginger onion & potato. Roast it & cover it for 4 to 5 min. Now add dry masala & puree in it. Stir it & again cover it for proper cooked.

Garnish it with green chilli. Simple easy & tasty recipe. Check the quantity of salt because before wash we applied salt on it.

After 5 minutes check it. Now add garam masala kasuri methi in it. Peel bhaji is ready.
