2potato peel off and slice
1onion chopped
3eggs
2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsphaldi powder
1 tspsalt
Half tsp zeera
Half tsp Garam masala
Half cup ghee ya oil

Pan mein ghee garam krin
Add chopped onions and fry for few minutes

Add potatoes slices and fry on low flame. Add namak mirch masaly and cook on low flame

15 sa 20 minutes k baad eggs add krin. Eggs cook ho jaien tu flame band kar dan.

Plate mein nikal lan, garnishing kar k serve krin
