Steps

Ingredients. The sandwich had to be used today so I made a bread pudding with the rest of the bread squares

Toast the sandwich bread squares and butter them, leave together when toasting just toast the outside of them lightly
- 3
Add butter to the frying pan, and add the crushed Garlic cloves fry on medium for 1 minute then add the Asparagus fry until cooked 3-5 minutes

Squash the Avocado and share on 2 Bottom square breads
- 5
Poach the eggs
- 6
Next add the Asparagus on top of the Avocado, next add the Eggs when poached slice the soft yolk and add salt and the top sandwich square
- 7
Enjoy with a knife and fork.
