1.Mix your and sieve your Maida powder keep it separately.

2.take a butter mix with your hand
Make fluffy consistency and add Maida, salt, baking soda little bit of curd for soft dough preparation. Keep it aside for 30minutes to rest. So that your dough will be doubled and soft. - 4

Take a kadai add required water say one glass add your sugar surup add saffron strips, Elaichi powder, make a surup one strip level and keep it aside

Take a kadai pour your refined and ghee combination oil and ghee heat nicely and turn into medium flame.. Then prepare your Maida dough. Make a small small dough press gently in the centre all the corners should not break. Pour the round Maida dough make into golden fry.

Fry all your mini badhu sha sweets then immediately dip in your sugar syrup for sometime then decorate with pista badam and saffron petals. And give it your friends and relatives.. Diwali sweet is, ready... Spread sugar powder on, the top of the sweet.
