Labneh w zeit/olive oil

We were told as kids that if we eat a heavy meal for dinner, we’ll see nightmares when we sleep.
We don’t specifically cook for dinner at home (and almost in every Lebanese house). The perfect dinner for us is a plate of labneh (strained yogurt), Zaatar, olives and some white cheese with flat bread and fresh vegetables on the side.
